Designed a wayfinding system for mall parking lots that combined cognitive ergonomics and behavior design to intuitively guide users, enhancing navigation

Contexual Inquiry in a commercial Kitchen Space
Conducted a field study at a commercial kitchen with the objective of analyzing their waste generation and management practices. The study focused on understanding the types and volumes of waste generated, identifying key waste sources within the kitchen operations, and examining the methods currently employed for waste segregation, disposal, and recycling.
